Online profile cleanup and protection
Clean up the business name, phone, website, Google Business Profile, Yelp, MapQuest, BBB, BuildZoom, license signals, citations, and sameAs links so the public record stops fighting itself.
ROCAS / ROCAB Web Audit Page
This page is built like a web audit first: what is wrong with the public profile, phone signals, website setup, Google Maps trust, and local search foundation. After that, I show how I would fix it.
Web audit problems found
Before selling a rebuild, the audit has to show why the current online setup is hurting trust. These are the public-facing problems I would fix first.
The business may be real, but the public online profile is not clean. Google Maps, AI search, and local buyers are seeing split signals instead of one trusted contractor profile.
This score is based on the whole public picture, not just whether the website loads. Google Maps and AI search judge the business by consistency, proof, schema, citations, reviews, service intent, and phone trust.
This is where the audit moves from “what is wrong” into “why it matters.” The goal is simple: one business, one main phone, one service area, one website, one license story, and one clean public identity everywhere that matters.
Searching the 623 number brings up unrelated public records and spam/adult-type directory noise before a clean company-owned result. That is a trust problem and it should not be ignored.
Public signals show ROCAS Ironwork and Construction LLC in one place, while the website and logo use ROCAB Construction Solutions. Public listings also show ROCAB Construction Solutions LLC. That needs one clean business identity structure.
The website pushes 480-978-0369. BBB shows 480-978-0369 and also lists other phone signals, including 602 and 408 variants. The 623-280-5696 search result is polluted. Google reads that as confusion.
License pages, BBB, BuildZoom, Yelp, MapQuest, the website, and Google Business Profile should all reinforce the same legal name, DBA/name, phone, service area, and website.
The current site is WordPress with Breakdance and Yoast. That can work, but this setup is not giving strong LocalBusiness, GeneralContractor, service, FAQ, review, and sameAs trust signals.
The site lists many services and cities, but it needs stronger pages built around the exact jobs buyers search for, with proof, photos, FAQs, local wording, and clear call paths.
This is the clean path I would take. I would not start by throwing random SEO at it. I would fix the public identity first, rebuild the website foundation, then keep the Maps and AI trust layer moving.
Clean up the business name, phone, website, Google Business Profile, Yelp, MapQuest, BBB, BuildZoom, license signals, citations, and sameAs links so the public record stops fighting itself.
Build monthly buyer-intent content around the services and cities that matter: construction, remodeling, hardscaping, pavers, bathrooms, kitchens, concrete, project proof, FAQs, and local trust signals.
Build the local lead path Google and AI search need: service pages, city pages, review paths, image SEO, schema, citation activity, profile updates, and local buyer visibility.
If this was my business profile, I would not patch one thing and leave the rest crooked. I would use the full local growth setup so the site, GBP, citations, phone, content, and trust signals all work together.
Here is the plain checklist. You can use this page to do the cleanup yourself, or you can have me handle it.
Confirm whether the public profile should use ROCAS Ironwork and Construction LLC, ROCAB Construction Solutions, or a clean legal-name plus DBA structure.
Stop spreading multiple phone signals unless they are intentionally tracked and documented. One primary public number should be used across GBP, website, citations, and license references.
GBP, Yelp, MapQuest, BBB, BuildZoom, licensing pages, social profiles, directories, and local citation sites should use the same name, phone, address/service area, website, and category.
Add LocalBusiness/Contractor schema, service schema, FAQ schema, clean titles, real meta descriptions, project proof, image alt text, local intent pages, and strong internal links.
Use pages for the jobs that bring money: kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, pavers, concrete, hardscaping, roofing, flooring, commercial build-outs, and the cities you actually want.
Profiles drift, scrapers copy wrong data, Google updates, and competitors move. Monthly checks keep the public profile from falling back into split signals.
To fix this the right way, I need the owner-level facts and access. I do not want to guess. I want the internet to match the real business.
I reached out because this is exactly the type of online mess I fix. I build websites, clean business profiles, line up Google/Maps trust, and make the public record easier for buyers and AI search to understand.
If you want the clean path, I would rebuild this as a fast HTML website and clean the citation/profile layer so Google sees one business, one phone, one service area, and one trusted online profile.
