Business Servers

Tell me what the server needs to do. I will help you choose the hardware, set up the work, and keep the plan tied to your budget.

Compare your starting point

Pick the platform. Then build the workload.

01 / dedicated

Your own physical server

Upgrade quoteConfigured to meet the hosting baseline or higher.

Three larger hardware candidates. SSD storage, redundancy and the complete managed build are confirmed before ordering.

02 / managed VPS

100% Managed VPS

Custom quoteLinux or Windows. Dean handles the administration.

Request 32 GB+ RAM, 16+ vCPUs and 1 TB+ SSD-backed storage. Requires a qualifying Dean service of $48/month or more.

03 / colocation

A home for your hardware

From $45.50/month

Space and connectivity for your mini PC, tower or rack server. You provide the equipment.

Compare nine colocation plans

VPS and dedicated builds require a confirmed quote. Dean's colocation rates were updated October 15, 2026. Software, licensing, custom application work and usage are scoped before ordering.

Make the server useful

The hardware is only part of the job.

I can build around marketing A.I., website hosting, databases, A.I. programming, business email, SMS follow-up, and remote workstations. Other useful jobs include backups, private team files, CRM, automation, ecommerce and testing.

A $45/month website hosting value

Free website hosting with your qualifying service.

I include website hosting at no extra hosting charge when you have an active marketing or custom service with me at $48 per month or more. That is a $45/month hosting value included in your plan.

Keep the website, its content, and the hosting setup working together. I check the setup and load times so you have a clear person to call when something needs attention.

Included hosting covers the agreed business website on Dean's hosting while the qualifying service stays active. A separate VPS, dedicated machine, colocation, special software, domain fees, and custom application work have their own costs.

Build a starting plan

Tell me what you want the server to do.

Need more than the baseline?
What should it run?

Keep the build practical

Work first. Hardware second.

  1. Tell me the job.

What should the server run, who uses it, and what is slowing the business down?

  2. Choose the resources.

Match processor, memory, storage, operating system, and any GPU to that job.

  3. Agree on the whole cost.

Separate the server, setup work, software, and ongoing service before the build starts.

  4. Build and check it.

Set up the workload, check access and backups, and test the real task before handoff.

Straight answers

Before you choose a server

Can you help me choose before I buy anything?

Yes. Call or book a time. Tell Dean the job, the software, the users and the budget before committing to a server.

Does Dean own the data center?

Infrastructure is arranged through Sectorlink. Dean provides the business planning and custom server workload work agreed in the project.

Can you guarantee a certain load time?

I check performance against the real website and workload. Results depend on the application, files, outside services, network and chosen resources. We agree on testing and targets for the project.
