Custom A.I. Server Builds

A server should take work off your plate. I build around the job: an A.I. helper, a marketing system, business software, or the tools your team uses every day.

Choose the job your server should do

Custom workloads I can build around.

I have helped business owners work with shoestring budgets. Start with the work that saves the most time, then add capacity when the job needs it.

01

Expert marketing builder A.I. server

Build a working place for approved business facts, buyer questions, content drafts, local service research, and campaign planning. I connect the tools to your business instead of handing you another empty dashboard.

What we can include

Business knowledge library; draft and approval workflow; content and campaign tools; usage and access controls.

02

Private A.I. assistant server

Give your team a place to ask questions about its own documents and processes. We choose between a local model and an outside A.I. API after looking at the information, response time, and budget.

What we can include

Document search; user permissions; model or API connection; answer testing. Local GPU hardware is quoted separately.

03

Website server

Run your business website, landing pages, contact forms, and booking tools in an environment that fits the site. I check the code, images, caching, and server together to work toward faster loading.

What we can include

Website move and DNS plan; HTTPS; application setup; load-time checks; backup scope.

04

Database server

Put customer records, job information, inventory, or application data behind a database built for the workload. We look at storage speed, memory, access, and restore needs before picking hardware.

What we can include

Database setup; restricted connections; backup and restore plan; slow-query review.

05

A.I. programming and development server

Give your code and A.I. programming tools a consistent place to run. Keep development and testing away from the live site so changes can be checked before customers see them.

What we can include

Code repositories; development environment; test deployment; A.I. coding integration. Model and software charges depend on the tools selected.

06

Business email and sender server

Set up branded mail, quote and receipt messages, or permission-based campaign sending with the right routing. I check the domain setup and delivery path before sending volume through it.

What we can include

SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup; reverse-DNS review; mail queues and bounce handling; sending-provider connection where appropriate. Mailbox hosting and campaign delivery are scoped separately.

07

SMS sending and follow-up server

Run the software that queues reminders, routes replies, and helps your team follow up. Messages go through a messaging provider and phone number connected to the system.

What we can include

SMS provider integration; approved follow-up workflows; reply inbox; consent and opt-out handling. Number, registration, carrier and message charges remain separate.

08

Remote workstation server

Give a team a consistent remote work environment for its business applications. We size the server around the software, number of users, and how people actually work.

What we can include

Remote access; individual accounts; application setup; backup plan. Windows, application and remote-access licensing are confirmed with the build.

09

Business automation and CRM server

Keep intake, customer records, job updates, and follow-up moving through one working system. Useful when a small team is repeating the same office tasks every day.

What we can include

CRM and workflow setup; scheduled jobs; app connections; failure alerts.

10

Backup and recovery server

Keep a separate recovery path for important business data. A copy is useful only if you know what was saved and can get it back when you need it.

What we can include

Retention plan; separate backup destination; scheduled backups; a restore check. Storage and recovery targets are scoped.

11

Private files and team tools

Give staff a controlled place for shared files, internal documents, and working tools. Set access by person or role rather than passing the same login around.

What we can include

File access; team permissions; change history where supported; backup scope.

Plan this workload

12

Ecommerce, APIs and application server

Host the application work behind a store, customer portal, integrations, or business API. We separate the busy parts when the workload calls for it.

What we can include

Application deployment; API access; background jobs; database and traffic planning.

Plan this workload

Know which part needs the power

A.I. software and A.I. hardware are different costs.

API-connected tools

The server can run the website, task queue and business workflow while a model provider handles A.I. responses. Server resources, development, and model usage are separate parts of the plan.

Local model builds

We choose a model, test its memory and response needs, and confirm suitable hardware. GPU, memory, power, storage and installation are quoted for that workload.

A clear custom scope

I quote the build after reviewing what it needs to do. That includes the recurring server cost, setup, software, and any ongoing care you want me to provide.

Plan the connections too

The practical details belong in the build.

Keep the build practical

Work first. Hardware second.

  1. Tell me the job.

What should the server run, who uses it, and what is slowing the business down?

  2. Choose the resources.

Match processor, memory, storage, operating system, and any GPU to that job.

  3. Agree on the whole cost.

Separate the server, setup work, software, and ongoing service before the build starts.

  4. Build and check it.

Set up the workload, check access and backups, and test the real task before handoff.

Straight answers

Before you choose a server

Can one server do several jobs?

Often, yes. We look at resource use and decide what can share a machine and what should be separated for access, reliability or performance.

Is the custom build included in the hardware price?

Custom software, setup and workload management are quoted separately. A published server rental price is not a complete custom A.I. system price.

What other server uses should I consider?

Backup and recovery, private files, CRM, workflow automation, ecommerce applications, APIs and separate testing environments are useful additions when they solve a real business problem.
